Family means relatives and relatives means relationship.

Relationships call on our time, energy and patience. When engaged in skilfully, our relationships bring joy, satisfaction and purpose. None of this is optional. We relate internally and externally, with families and friends, with the ecosphere and with geopolitical events. Even hermits have relationships to work with.

These sessions will be a sharing of experiences, joys and difficulties combined with insights and advice from a Buddhist perspective.

All are welcome, regardless of beliefs.

Keith Rowan has studied and practised the Buddha’s teaching for over 45 years. He has been given direct instruction from two wonderful teachers and received teachings from many others. He is not a monastic but has a lifetime of experience cultivating and benefiting from Buddhist understanding whilst living in suburbia.
