Many of us feel that the simplicity of our lives, our connection to our heart and communicating from our hearts with warmth and openness has been lost. Communicating with each other and even ourselves can feel like pushing a button. At the same time we long to relate to ourselves and each other with a quality of kindness and gentleness and we all have that potential. We will talk about that longing and about ways that will connect us further with ourselves and our world; ways that help us discover our humanity and help us to communicate from the heart.
