Alex Brennan will lead a discussion on Mindfulness and Awareness as aspects of our meditation practice and how they can help us develop skill and wisdom in our everyday lives.

This will be preceded by sitting meditation.

About Alex Brennan:

Originally from Ireland, Alex has been based in Christchurch since 2014. He has been a student of the Shambhala teachings for twelve years and before coming to New Zealand he was a member of the Shambhala Sangha in Brazil, where he lived for 10 years, and also in Dublin. He lives in Sumner with his Brazilian partner Paula.
