Getting to the Centre

By car, the address is 43 Harrow Street, Phillipstown, Christchurch. There is on-street parking.

By bus, the nearest stops (about 50 metres away) are: "Harrow St near Bordesley St" numbers 18827 (westbound) or 18495 (eastbound) on the 80 Lincoln/Parklands route.

Arriving at the Centre

The gompa is situated behind the main house, at the end of the driveway.

As you walk down the gravel driveway you are greeted by an impressively crafted antique Tibetan monastery door.  Nestled amongst a sanctuary of trees and flowers and waving Tibetan prayer flags the surroundings of the Gompa (meditation hall) support a reflective and meditative learning environment.

The Kora (or path around the Gompa) has also been carefully constructed to support practice.

There is a new ramp to enable wheelchair access to the front entrance via the large Tibetan doors.
